Healthy Nail + Cuticle Recipe
This works for anyone‘s nails; from dry to healthy. Cuticles are a big part in the growth of your nails so maintaining them is important! Vitamins are very good for keeping both your nails and your cuticles healthy so here is an easy peasy recipe for a *growth serum
Note: this stuff lasts a while depending on how often you use it so feel free to double up on it if you want more of it
You‘ll need...
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 vitamin E capsule (the gel filled ones)
In a sealable container, put in your olive oil. Cut open your vitamin E capsule and squeeze the gel into the oil, making sure to get as much as you can out. Mix together and keep out of sunlight.
To apply: Cuticles should be gently pushed back before applying. Take a cotton swab and lightly dip tip in mixture (don‘t soak it!). Swipe the wet end along your cuticle line to every finger, massaging it in with your finger afterwards. Don‘t rinse off, let soak in completely.
*This doesn‘t cause cuticle growth; only healthy nail growth. Both love the vitamin E though as it helps keeps them healthy and the nail likes the olive oil as it helps moisturize.
